JL Tire& Auto was recommended by a friend. In September 2022, I had a $3,300 repair estimate from a nearby large auto dealer. I took my car to JL for a second opinion. One JL master mechanic put my car up on a lift to review the suggested front end work. He showed me the two components for the repair estimates, said the components were OK, not a safety concern and did not recommend the repairs. JL Tire did not charge a fee even though I tried to pay for the time they spent. Today, 11/22/22, I took my same car back to JL because I had a intermittent rattle/vibration coming from the front passenger side which did not seem concerning but was annoying. The same JL master mechanic rode with me to listen the rattle I was concerned with. After a short ride around the block, he took my car to inspect for the sound. Within 10 minutes he was back explaining that the "arm" that held up the hood when open came away from the rubber holder and was resting on top of the engine causing the intermittent vibration/rattle. AGAIN, JL Tire did not charge any fee for the 30 minutes or so that they spend helping me. I tried to pay them, but they would not accept any payment. I now have a great deal of confidence in JL Tire's professionalism and will not hesitate to bring my car back for any/all maintenance and repair work. I'm done taking my car to the large auto dealer from whom I bought my car, and who has maintained it for its first 155,000 miles.

I needed a tire repaired due to a nail in my tire. A walk in appt. Upon their review it was determined the tire was repairable. They kept me informed during the process and completed the work quickly. I would recommend them.

Honestly this is the place to the solution of all your car problems. I had a car accident back in December of 2021 and the insurance told me to take to their preferred mechanics, which is in Centreville, and it was a huge mistake. That place took over a month to “fix” and give back my car. I kept having problems from January until April when it finally broke down and I kept having my car towed so I took it to the same place in Centerville and they couldn’t find the solution. So, they referred to the Chevy dealership and as well they couldn’t find the issue. Both places kept clearing up the engine light and of course after a couple of miles of being driven the engine light and the other issues kept popping up…..FINALLY, I found JL Tire and they took the time and patience needed it to find the issue. They also helped me with my insurance as my car problem was related to my car accident back in December….. SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

When I got to NTB too late in the day, they recommended checking with this shop to get same-day help. I was a little concerned going to a private shop, but had no other options. The owner was the only one left for the day and they were 25 mins from closing. He was patient while I tried to find my wheel lock key and he took care of the hole a nail put in my tire. I was done just after their official closing time. Great work, excellent service. Glad I took a chance. Highly recommend!!

JL Tire is great! I came in to remove a nail from my tire. The tech showed me there was no actual puncture; saving me time and money! Honesty and courtesy is hard to find these days. I’ll be bringing my cars back here from now on. Trust these guys, they’ll take care of you.
