I dropped my car off at JL Tire & Auto last week due to a check engine light. The previous shop I visited couldn’t figure out the reason. Came over to JL after a friend suggested me. They were fast, reliable, and provided high quality service. Turned out my oxygen sensor was bad. They fixed it and also did an oil change. I highly recommend JL tire. I’ll be coming here for all my future automotive needs.

I had my own new full set of 19" Kenda "All Season Tires" mounted and precision balanced today 12/23/19. Work was completed with cleanliness and professionalism. Staff and technician understood my concerns with no damage done to wheel sensors, tires or vehicle. I was allowed to examine the completed work before payment was made. Price was reasonable. JL Tire and Auto Service were excellent in customer service and with the tire service appointment. I will definitely come again or another caring professional tire shop. This place does everything. Went in to get brakes, tires and rotors done and this place is just exceptional. From the moment you walk in the shop, you are greeted and treated with respect. More importantly, they are FAIR and HONEST. I have brought my other 2 vehicles to them for regular maintenance and will continue to do so. I am now proud to say that I have a place I can trust and call home for servicing my vehicles.

The tires didn't really last long but that's a different story. What was kinda strange is why they were under my hood pointing out that the transmission fill cap miraculously popped out and landed 2 inches from the fill port. What part of the work order permitted for you to be looking under my hood for "problems"? It was a tire job not an inspection.

Andrew, we are sorry that you didn't find our service up to par. It is customary to do a quick courtesy check on a vehicle to make sure that there isn't something you need to know about.
