Drop my car at 11 am they said its going to be ready in 3 or 4 hours at 8pm they finally gave me the car ! Never again!!

You are correct and we are in the wrong. We should have been able to perform your repair a bit faster unfortunately there was a rusted bolt that caused this repair to take a longer time but our tech and our front people stayed late to finished. A failure of communication we should mentioned to you and see if you were ok to carry over to Monday. My apologies. This has been discussed with our service team and what steps should be taken to prevent this in the future. Thanks for letting me know. Raul Lucero General Manager

From the moment I walk in and spoke with the manager and staff there, I knew I was at the right place, I am an out of town driver and needed the state safety inspection to work in the area, they advisede that I needed to fix a tyrod and ball joint advised me to bring it in early the next morning .I was there by 8am and by 1030- 11am they had fixed everything and had it inspected and a very reasonable price. Big thanks to the staff there would recommend you to anyone in the area.

I took my Jeep to JL auto service by the recommendation of a friend and let me tell you they exceeded my expectations. Raul the manager kept me updated on my car and gave me clear explanation of what was wrong and an honest recommendation of what to do based on me and my car and not what would bring them most profit. Raul even offered a loaner car if I needed. JL staff have outstanding customer service and great work ethic. Will be definitely coming here for any auto repair needs.
